Work, Work, Work...or is it Play, Play, Play?

...because it's so much fun! LOL
I have been really "creating" for the past week or so. I work in my room after Allison goes to bed, so sometimes I am up until 2:00 in the morning. That is SO NOT me! LOL I don't know how much longer I will do that, but it sure is fun at the time. I can get SO much done, and not feel too guilty (except that I"m not getting any sleep).

So, here are some photos of my most recent "creations."

It is a lunch box made into a school memories scrapbook. Since I used yellows, the pictures didn't turn out very good. I couldn't get the lighting just right. This is for the GSLS Auction in September, which is a fundraiser for the school.

This is the box open with the inside cover showing. The paper I used is from Daisy Ds. I love the line of paper; it is very retro.

These are the inside "pages" of the scrapbook. On the back of each card is a white area with room for journaling and a place to put that year's school picture. There is plenty of room inside of the box even with the cards in it to add other photos, etc. I used the Locker Talk cartridge from the Cricut for the school-related designs on the cards, Makin' the Grade font for the tab numbers.

Next are pictures of the other lunchbox I have made for the GSLS fundraising auction. It is to hold greeting cards. I am filling it with a variety of handmade cards. I still have a few more to make, but I have a pretty good start on it.

I love this paper covering the box. I think it is Cosmic Cricket. I am really into the distressed, shabby chic look of paper. I used the Base Camp font for the Cricut for the word "Cards" on the front of the lunch box.

I recently got this new stamp set; I believe it is by Autumn Leaves. They are all of this similar design but with different sayings inside, perfect for cards. The "Thanks" above is from a Close to My Heart" sentiments stamp. The circular flower is from a $1 set I got somewhere, probably Joanns. The "thoughtful" sentiment is in a style that I think is very cool. I got those from the Blue Rapids Mercantile. They are a set of four sentiments in a wood bloxk set. The swirly flower is from a Hero Arts set I believe; one of the months of the year sets. The paisley swirl is from a Technique Tuesday set I have. The highlights is done with a Sakura gel pen. These House-Mouse stamps are so cute. I actually picked this one up at Hobby Lobby just last week in the clearance aisle for like $3.59. I love it. The sentiment inside is something like "You brighten my day."Another use of the paisley from Technique Tuesday, and the sentiment is from CTMH.

I think this flower set is from Autumn Leaves.
