Oh my somewhat less aching back.......

Thank goodness it is feeling a little bit better today. I am getting around pretty well, amazingly better than yesterday I think. Oh, I still am handling it pretty gingerly, and getting in and out of my little low car is quite interesting, as demonstrated by going to and from church and Sunday school this morning. I sat during Sunday school this morning, which was a different angle for me; normally I stand this year since I have such a big group. They were actually pretty well behaved today, too...basically. :) I wasn't sure if I would go to church or not, it depended on how Sunday school went. I went ahead and went; we didn't have communion today, so I felt it was doable.

I took a 2 1/2-hour nap this afternoon, thanks in part, I think, to getting up at 4:45 this morning. While it felt pretty good, it also felt guilty. Why, also, does one's house look exceptionally filthy when one hasn't been feeling good? Man, my dining room floor is filthy. It needs a good sweeping. I am hoping that my recuperation continues to improve tomorrow so that I can do some house cleaning.
